Dr. Debra Nossaman is Board Certified in Veterinary Dentistry, a Diplomate of the American Veterinary Dental College, a Fellow of the Academy of Veterinary Dentistry, and co-founder and current owner of Dallas Veterinary Dentistry & Oral Surgery. She has over 25 years as a small animal hospital owner, as well as dental referral practices. Dr. Nossaman received her Bachelor of Science degree from Arizona State University, and Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Colorado State University. A love for animals and a degree in biology has led her to a very fulfilling career in veterinary medicine.
Dr. Nossaman is a member of the American Veterinary Dental College, Academy of Veterinary Dentistry, American Veterinary Dental Society, American Veterinary Medical Association, Dallas County Veterinary Medical Association, Tarrant County Veterinary Medical Association, and the Texas Veterinary Medical Association. In addition, she currently serves on the examination committee for the Academy of Veterinary Dentistry, as well as, the Training Support Committee for the American Veterinary Dental College.
Dr. Nossaman speaks nationally on veterinary dentistry oral health care issues that help our four legged friends live longer, healthier lives. Her interests outside of veterinary dentistry include dressage, running, gardening and spending time with her family which includes: five cats, two dogs, one horse and five grandchildren.
